Alvin? who? Chipmunks? What?

Oh, are they some kind of cartoon/comic/game/movie characters? Sorry, I have very low knowledge on these. I gathered that Alvin is a cartoon character in a movie also acted by real human beings.

From the reviews, it should be a family friendly film, talking about some life lessons. It is suggested to be best for kids from 6-9, but beware of some mild rude humor in it.

Anyway, I bet most of you know Alvin and the Chipmunks better than me. Thus, you should likely be more excited than me that "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel" is available on DVD and Blu-ray, or you could also download it.

Dedicated?

A strange photo for an article titled "Dedicated cycling paths".

Which is the cycling path? The one on the right according to the painted bicycle symbol on it, or the one on the left since a cyclist is riding on it? Legally, it is the right one, but practically, it seems to be the left one.

My first impression on looking at the photo is that the cycling path look like an obstacle course. How is it called a "dedicated" cycling path?

Yes, even though those keys are black, clean keys are better. As for jokes, clean jokes are better, and it is good that RD.com gives them a place.

It's real!

What is real? What is not real? Recently heard a speech suggesting that our sub-conscious mind cannot differentiate between real and unreal events. However, if an event occurred, then why is it unreal? Even if it is a dream. Instead of unreal, I would say outside the currently quite well scientifically described world. In other word, the religious world called it spiritual. Enjoy this fun commercial, although Karma may not be fun.
